Nearly Perfect

PhotoCut mixes simplicity, efficiency and professional results into a perfect, easy to use application that outshines any other Photo editing app on the market. The only problem that Ive come across is that sometimes its a bit difficult to position a layer exactly how you want it, but you eventually get use to it. Id give this 11 stars if I could.
